Thoughts from a Sunday morning....not just any Sunday, but the first warm day of 2022, I believe. Temps are expected to reach the upper sixties today, followed by seventies tomorrow! I'm headed outside to do something, whether it's photograph my incredibly slow-to-bloom daffodils or clip a wooly dog....but first, an Instagram post that started out simply and then took on a life of it's own (I KNOW, isn't that always my problem in life? HA HA)
Two images, both with the same theme......so what's the message? It's simple, truthful and yet not quite obvious enough to much of the world, so I'll recap here;
1), There are NO results without action.
2), Don't be fake.
(Note: some of this is meant for young people, without a lot of life experience, who might get sucked into believing the stuff you see online). Secondly, putting on an act or pretense, isn't wise on any level. Don't brag, constantly dwell on how YOU can get into the spotlight or "make a big splash" with your work and career moves. Stay quiet, listen to great role models, learn from everyone, and be humble - those behaviors are absolutely the secret to greatness. Seriously! (Remember.....the people who talk constantly have a desire to be seen and heard, but those who put their head down and do the work....those are the folks who accomplish far greater success).
