The Courage To Fail

Um....what!? "I don't want to be making mistakes!" you might be thinking to yourself.....and of course no one wants to screw up, right? ESPECIALLY at work!

 
But think about it for a minute; if you don't embrace the possiblity of being imperfect, how much are you really willing to try and attempt? If you can't handle the thought of failure, when do you step out of your comfort zone or push harder into new and unfamiliar territory?


As an animal rescue advocate I am constantly reminding folks of this; because if one isn't prepared to have things occasionally be less than perfect, situations of growth never occur. Read that again: "if you aren’t prepared to have things occasionally be less than perfect, situations of growth never occur." This HAS to become part of our life and evolution process, because without the courage to fall, one never stands up and takes on the world.
