Tricks for encouraging creative solutions: Step 1 "How to Think Outside of the Box".

Honestly, I think everyone can benefit from practicing tips about communication. Here are a few super easy suggestions ~

Life is about perspective - taking the time to both acknowledge the wonderful things around you as well as celebrating each accomplishment. Notice your successes and goals which are reached and give yourself credit for all the hard work you've put in!

"Without the willingness to see another side of things, life may be rather flat." Don't limit yourself - allow your mind to explore possibilities and options which bring dimension and flavor to each day.

How to Think 'Outside of the Box' (step 2 of a process found here). Get those ideas out there!

Learn to be a sponge and soak up the wisdom around you.

Stress reduces efficiency, lowers productivity and leads to long-term health issues. Why not launch a "5-Minute Wellness Routine" at your workplace today?

Be, The. Standard.
(May also be explained/interpreted as "inspire those around you; shine your light; encourage others").

An open mind is a priceless asset for entrepreneurs and small business owners. Focus on developing an attitude which, when presented with new concepts, says "Hmmm. What an interesting possibility" ~ instead of "No".

I threw this in here because seeing so many references to content marketing made me wonder what it was REALLY all about. Okay, so here's the definition.....what do you think? (I have more thoughts on this over on the Facebook page).

A list of things to do during a temporary slowdown - the more productive you are now, the better prepared you'll be to leap back into a full schedule.

Ahhhh....yes. The value of remaining quiet and just soaking up the feedback provided by others is nothing to overlook.

Unleash your potential by freeing your mind.

This is a really important aspect of marketing - and one I so often see ignored. When people take the time to leave your company a glowing review, make the effort to thank them and acknowledge how they perceive your business. Consider it "cultivating a sense of appreciation".

Feeling stuck? Try approaching a problem or situation from another angle. (step #3 of a process detailed here)

Things to consider......after all, standing in your own way isn't a recipe for success. See what you may be able to improve upon!
